As Principal and President, Randy’s role is to ensure that our team has the resources and support needed to provide you with the highest level of service. He oversees company operations with a leadership approach and is actively involved in client development, contract compliance, quality control, and schedule adherence. Randy brings over 40 years of experience in commercial construction and has overseen hundreds of tenant improvement projects in California. His broad industry experience as a Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager has fine-tuned Randy’s expert technique in preventative problem solving, foreseeing issues before they become critical, and delivering what clients want with unique dexterity.
